Study Manuals
An important part of testing for NPMA certification
is the study material. NPMA has consolidated the “Core Body of Knowledge” for property professionals into manuals and supplements.
Costs for the manuals and supplements are included in the course fees.
Fundamentals of Personal Property Management –
This manual encompasses the basic and fundamental knowledge required for managing personal property from cradle to grave.
Utilizing the NPMA “Core Body of Knowledge,” and developed by highly qualified property professionals, this manual addresses the topics and issues that are basic to the property management profession.
Because of the volume and difficulty of the material, it is strongly recommended that candidates study the manuals prior to attending certification courses.
